Joe joined the BSI Team in April 2014. His Responsibilities include identifying housing needs, developing plans and budgets, and seeking funding from a variety of sources in effort to build adequate, affordable, accessible, and secure housing. Prior to BSI, Joe has 23 years of experience in the residential mortgage and finance industry where he has become perceptive of the importance of housing for families, communities, and quality of life. Joe is a firm believer that "housing is a human right, not just a commodity." Joe is professionally certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional, and a Housing Credit Certified Professional.

Community Involvement

Joe, a native of Missouri, and his wife now reside in West Fargo with their three children. His interests include advocacy for people with down syndrome, championing GiGi’s Playhouse, focusing on family, running, watching and playing sports with his kids, being and avid Yankees and Steelers fan, and listening to the music of the Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar.
