Co-Developer

Beyond Shelter, Inc. frequently partners with other community based organizations that seek to provide affordable housing. As a co-developer, BSI can handle the details of applying for complex financing packages, finding lenders and investors, developing operating proformas, working with the architects and engineers, monitoring construction, paying construction draws, and assist with initial lease-up. We bring our experience in development to these projects so that these community based partners can focus on their clients.
