Heather has been employed by Beyond Shelter, Inc. since 2011. She is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of BSI’s assets, including risk management, compliance, portfolio management, financial and operational oversight, and capital budgeting. Heather has worked with various types of housing programs, including low income housing tax credit programs (LIHTC) and project-based communities. She has 24 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and has obtained her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Asset Management Specialist (AMS) designations.

Heather occupies her time by helping out at St. Francis and has a passion for assisting those who are in need. During the summers she enjoys spending quality time at the lake with friends and family.
